I am loved by God...and mosquitos

Hi everyone! So I've been in Thailand since late Monday night and everything is going great so far. The flights over here were very long and tiring, a total of about 22 hours of traveling. Brian had to fly down to Hat Yai with his daughter Asia to renew her visa, so Mary Beth and the 3 other kids picked me up from the airport in Phitsanulok on Tuesday morning. We stayed in a hotel for a night and then came home to Dan Sai on Wednesday night.
So far I have been taking it easy and will start my schedule next week. On Thursday Brian and I went to visit a couple who were Brian and Mary Beth's disciples. The couple went to a Bible school that Brian taught at in Hat Yai and have come up north to live in a village and reach out to the people. I have spent a lot of time with the family and have been blessed to be able to see what missionary life for a family is like. Brian has told me his vision for the unreached people of Thailand, his heart is to start a training center for raising up Thai missionaries and send them out to the unreached people of Thailand. He also wants to teach them different skills so that they could make money to support themselves while giving their life for the gospel (most likely the Thai missionaries will not be able to raise support like many western missionaries). The Stubenrauch's have given their lives for the sake of reaching the Thai people with  the love of Jesus. I have been blessed by their testimony and have an appreciation for missionaries who are pioneering a work in an unreached land. They are committed to immersing themselves in the culture, living amongst the people, and even doing things they don't want to do (like teaching English) in order to reach the people. Even though it is not always glorious in our natural eyes, their family is in this for the long haul, and I believe God is pleased.
On Sunday, Brian and I will be traveling about an hour and a half to go to church. I will have an opportunity to share with the people for a little bit and then Brian will be teaching the people. Please pray for the presence of the Lord to be in that place and for God to speak through me to the people. The rest of the week Brian and I will be walking around to the different villages to pray, evangelize, and we will even be going treasure hunting. For those of you who don't know treasure hunting is when we will be praying and waiting for God to give us specific insight about a person we will come in contact with that day. When we go out we will look for that person and speak what God is saying to that person and share the love of God with them. Pray for breakthrough with the Thai people, they are heavily oppressed by idol worship and a spirit of fear. Also next week I will start teaching English and helping Brian out with different projects he has going on.
Thank you all for keeping me in your prayers. I will keep you all posted with what God is doing in and through me. Peace from the southeast!
